Insurance Coverage for Lactation Services

We work with Wildflower for Cigna-covered lactation visits. Other insurance plans might be fully covered via The Lactation Network. We offer self-pay options and accept HSA/FSA cards.

If your insurance isn't accepted by TLN, that doesn't mean you don't have coverage, it just means they can't file the claim for you. You can call the number on your insurance card to discuss coverage and ask about pre-approval, as well!

Self pay rates are available here: Services | Cost. If needing to pay out of pocket, these expenses can be paid with any method you prefer including HSA/FSA cards.

Many insurance companies will reimburse you for your out of pocket costs. We will provide you with a form, called a superbill, to submit to your insurance company. More on reimbursement.
