If your insurance isn't accepted by TLN or Wildflower, that doesn't mean you don't have coverage, it just means these billing companies can't file the claim for you. You can call the number on your insurance card to discuss coverage and ask about pre-approval, as well!
Self pay rates are available here: Services | Cost. If needing to pay out of pocket, these expenses can be paid with any method you prefer including HSA/FSA cards.
Many insurance companies will reimburse you for your out of pocket costs. We will provide you with a form, called a superbill, to submit to your insurance company. More on reimbursement.
We want you to have the support you're looking for. If payment is an issue, please don't hesitate to discuss this further with us.
Here's some further information and a letter you're welcome to use if you're struggling to get care or reimbursement for lactation services through your insurance company.
